In January 2003, Bernstein Realty held it’s annual Awards Dinner at Grappino di Nino. Company president Amy Bernstein presented the awards to the agents and staff. Estelle Elles received the award for “Top Producer” and the award for “Top Sales.” Donna Neely was honored three times this year, first with the award for “Top Listing Agent,” then with the award for “Most Combined Transactions (Sales & Leases),” and then with the award for “Top Leasing Agent.” Susan Bankston received the Bernstein Realty “Award of Appreciation” for her role as mentor to new agents who join the company. Bankston also received an award for the “Funniest Real Estate Story” of 2002.

Amy presented awards to each member of the staff: Karen Datray, Corey Luce, Paula Michaelis, Gloria Moorman, Donna Neely, Mary Piper and Michelle Sandlin, thanking each one for their wonderful team spirit and contribution to the growth of the company in 2002.
The agents and staff also surprised Amy by presenting her with a certificate for a new executive desk chair.

Estelle Elles enjoys working with buyers and sellers in all areas of Houston, including the Inner Loop, Memorial, The Woodlands, Kingwood, Katy, Sugar Land and Clear Lake.

Estelle is also very active in the listing and marketing of homes and townhomes. When working with relocation clients, she likes to give them a broad overview of Houston, and then finds a house that will best fit their needs and lifestyle. During her 9 years with Bernstein Realty, Estelle has been honored many times, with various awards of distinction. Estelle enjoys the day-to-day challenges of her real estate career. “The support and tenacity of Amy Bernstein, the staff and the associates at Bernstein Realty are the best in the business,” say Elles. According to Amy Bernstein, “Estelle is a true professional and always goes above and beyond for each and every client. Her clients truly adore her!”

Donna Neely has been with Bernstein Realty since 1993, working as both an agent and a Property Manager. This was the 5th year that Donna has been presented with the “Top Listor” award. “I could not have achieved these prestigious awards without the support of Amy and my personal assistant, Mary Piper, and of course the support of the staff and associates at Bernstein Realty.” Amy Bernstein says, “Donna Neely works so hard each day, and always treats each property she works with and manages as if it were her own. She is excellent!”

Susan Bankston heads up a very successful mentorship program to assist new agents with Bernstein Realty. This year she was the recipient of the Bernstein Realty Award of Appreciation for her role as mentor, which has been a very important aspect of new agent training. Amy says, “Susan is such a key Bernstein Realty team player, and really takes the care, compassion and concern for all the new agents who join Bernstein Realty. In addition, she is a wonderful mentor as well as agent.”

2002 was a fabulous year and Bernstein Realty salutes all the agents and staff, as their tireless dedication and professionalism added to the growth of Bernstein Realty in 2002!
