Bernstein Realty Continues to Grow
As 2005 comes to a close, many new doors continue to open
at Bernstein Realty. During 2005, the company has continued
to enjoy steady growth and success in its sales and leasing
volume, as well as in the newer additions to the company,
both in number of agents and members of staff. “We are
heading towards another record year,” states Bernstein
Realty president and owner Amy Bernstein. “Every year
we set goals for ourselves as individuals and as a company,
and I am very happy to report that we will once again meet
our goals and most likely exceed them,” Bernstein continues.

Bernstein Realty Holiday Luncheon
Bernstein Realty president Amy Bernstein recently hosted a
Holiday Luncheon for her agents, staff and special guests
at the Westlake Club.
As part of an ongoing annual Bernstein Realty tradition, each
of the luncheon guests brought with them an unwrapped toy
for donation to the children of Texas Children’s Hospital.
Directly following the luncheon, representatives from Bernstein
Realty delivered several large bags full of toys to the Hospital.
New toys that are donated to the hospital help keep playrooms
supplied and help make special celebrations possible at the
hospital. |

Bernstein Continues
Santa Tradition
Bernstein Realty agent Janice Ratliff celebrated her 12th
year as Mrs. Claus in the Cinco Ranch neighborhood. The Annual
Holiday Party with Santa and Mrs. Claus was held at the Cinco
Ranch Library in connection with a city wide holiday Katy
Chamber of Commerce celebration on December 3rd. Over 200
area children attended with their parents. Ratliff made each
child a magical bell necklace and also handed out gingerbread
cookies. Santa Claus read Twas the Night Before Christmas

Bellaire Parade
This year marks the 50 th Anniversary
of Bellaire High School. In honor of this milestone, Bellaire
High School celebrated by having a parade on Saturday, November
5, 2005 . Bernstein Realty president and Bellaire High School
alumnae, Amy Bernstein , along with members of her staff decorated
a “float” and participated in the parade, waving
to the Bellaire residents as their float passed. Another Bellaire
High School alumnae, Bernstein Realty agent Leslie Lerner
, was a coordinator for the parade. Pictured

Bernstein Bunny
Bernstein Realty president Amy Bernstein recently hosted an
afternoon of “Photos with the Bernstein Bunny”
at her home in Frostwood. Several clients, neighbors, family
and friends brought their children to be photographed with
the Bernstein Bunny. Bernstein Realty staff members: Jennifer
Maietta, Gloria Moorman, Christina Pavlovich, Mary Piper and
Michelle Sandlin were all on hand to assist at this fun-filled
event. Christina Pavlovich dressed up as the Bernstein Bunny,
while Michelle Sandlin took photos of the children with the
bunny. Cookies and punch were also served to the children. |

Bernstein Realty Participates
in Bowl-A-Thon
Representatives from Bernstein Realty recently formed a bowling
team and participated in the 13 th Annual AIDS Bowl-A-Thon
benefiting children with AIDS. The charity event, which was
held at the Delmar Bowling Center , allowed each team of bowlers
to bowl 3 games in competition with each other for the top
awards. Several prizes were also raffled off at the event,
and participants were given the opportunity to bid on silent
