Bernstein Realty The spirit of giving
The spirit of giving was alive and well with Bernstein Realty over the holidays. The Bernstein Realty family of agents and staff got together and collected various items to be given away during the holidays this year to their “adopted family.” A large number of items were generously donated, from clothing, toys and household items, to Fiesta gift cards.

The family, which was comprised of a single mom and 3 school-aged children, was more than a little surprised when Santa, Mrs. Claus and their elves showed up at their home bearing Christmas gifts. The mom was recently laid off from the daycare center where she had been working and is currently without employment. While working at the daycare center, the mother only made about $200.00 per month, on which she had been trying to support her family of 4.

Bernstein Realty Agent Hosts Annual Holiday Party
Bernstein Realty agent Janice Ratliff recently hosted the Annual Holiday Party with Santa and Mrs. Claus at the Katy YMCA in Cinco Ranch. Ratliff reprised her role as Mrs. Claus along side husband Ron Johnson, who was there as Santa Claus. Ratliff has been hosting this annual party for the past 13 years in Cinco Ranch.
Children were invited to meet Santa and have their photographs taken with him at the party. Michelle Sandlin, Bernstein Realty’s Vice President of Marketing and Relocation, was also there as “Santa’s Elf” and photographer for the event. Over 200 people attended this year’s party.
Ratliff, a native Houstonian and long time Cinco Ranch resident, is a top producing real estate agent with Bernstein Realty.

Awards Dinner 2005
Estelle Elles received the company’s highest honor when she was presented with the “Top Producer” Award for 2005. This is an extraordinary achievement for Elles, who has received this prestigious award a total of four times in the twelve years that she has been with Bernstein Realty. “The atmosphere at Bernstein Realty is so conducive to my success as well as the success of everyone with the company. Amy Bernstein has been instrumental in my life and in making my career a successful one,” says Elles.
