Area Tours
As a service to our corporate clients, Bernstein Realty offers
area tours to assist clients in the decision making process when
a move to the Houston area becomes either a possibility or a reality.
Our agents will gladly pick these clients up from their place
of business, hotel, airport, etc., and give them a tour of Houston
and neighborhoods of interest.
Houston Relocation Packets
Relocation packets are FREE and may be customized for each individual.
All packets include Bernstein Realty’s Houston Relocation
Guide with general information about Houston, schools, utility
providers, current events and phone numbers, drivers license information,
and more! Area maps are also included, as well as any combination

Financing Assistance
Through our relationships with numerous lending institutions,
we are able to provide the following assistance:
- Mortgage Pre-qualification: Assisting
those who are preparing to purchase and establishing a framework
from which to start their new home search. The Transferee's
Relocation Policy is also reviewed with permission, in order
to assist and follow through with each transferee's relocation
benefits, if applicable.
- Lender Lists: We are always happy
to provide lists and contact information for a number of lenders
who may assist you throughout the loan process. These lists
include lenders that we have successfully worked with in the
past.
- Various Financing Options: Explanation
of various types of financing to place the buyer in the best
financial situation available.
- Assisting in Obtaining Competitive Rates:
Our access to the latest financial market information can assist
those buyers who are looking to acquire a conventional, FHA,
VA, fixed, or adjustable rate mortgages.
- Estimated Closing Costs: A determination
of funds needed by the buyer will be generated for their planning
and review, to include down payment, monthly payment, property
taxes, closing costs, etc.
Market Analysis
Bernstein Realty is a highly proactive company, utilizing the
latest technology available to research and market properties.
A FREE market analysis is always offered to individuals considering
selling their home. This research gives homeowners a strong basis
and background for determining the best possible selling price
for their home. All reports are computer generated, and involve
a visit and presentation at the property to review any upgrades
previously done to the home, or potential suggestions for marketing
during the selling process.
Status Reports for our Corporate Clients
Every step of the way, our Relocation Director will keep
you closely informed about the activity of each transferee who
you refer to Bernstein Realty.
When you refer a transferee to Bernstein Realty you can be assured
that they will receive top-notch service. All you have to do is
provide us with the name and phone number of your transferee and
we will handle the rest. You will receive constant email updates
as well as monthly status reports on each individual that you
refer to us, keeping you up-to-date on their progress from the
moment you refer them to us until they are moved in and completely
satisfied. You will be kept abreast of all dates of communication,
touring information, contracts submitted and negotiated, transferee's
new address, and any other information that will be pertinent
to you.
Upon move-in, we will help the transferee get settled in his/her
new surroundings. If desired, we will assist in connecting phones,
electricity, and other utilities prior to move-in. We can do everything
necessary to make sure the transaction is smooth and hassle free.
Multi-lingual Agents
Whenever the need arises, Bernstein Realty has several
multi-lingual agents who can assist when English is not the first
language of your transferee. Several of our agents speak other
languages, such as Spanish, Portuguese, German, Italian, Russian
and others.
Customized Relocation Packages
Bernstein Realty maintains a very impressive Relocation Room at
our offices. It is always kept fully stocked with the latest most
up-to-date information pertaining to the Houston area and Relocation.
As such, we provide our clients and transferees with customized
