When recognizing achievements in 2015, Bernstein Realty presents two awards that are very special to the company, as they are not purely production or listing/sales based. They are awards which are voted on by the company’s Advisory Committee and take many factors into consideration.
These awards are the company’s Rising Star and Shining Star awards.
The Rising Star Award recognizes an agent in the early years of their career at Bernstein Realty who is on the growth track and will accomplish great things. He or she is dedicated, a hard worker, works as a part of the team and is always willing to help others.
The award is not just about the volume of business they did, but also about the embracing education, growth, attitude and team-player spirit. This year Bernstein Realty has two Rising Star Award recipients: Billy Bishop and Lis Harper. Bishop and Harper can often be found at the office, where they are jumping at opportunities, learning from their peers and working diligently for their clients.
The second award, the Shining Star Award, is presented to an agent who has an established career. It exemplifies an agent who is dedicated, hard-working, works as a part of the team and is always willing to help others. This year Bernstein Realty has two Shining Star Award recipients: Cathy Craig and Thea McShay. Craig and McShay go above and beyond for their clients each day and exemplify the spirit of this award.
