Amy Bernstein, Janice Ratliff, Margaret McCord and Mark McNitt all made the list which is calculated based on survey results from Houston region residents who purchased a home for more than $150,000 from April 2012 to November 2012. These agents represent less than 3% of all real estate agents in the area, with many making this list multiple times!
