Bernstein Realty holds 2015 awards celebration luncheon

Amy Bernstein, president of Bernstein Realty, recently hosted the company’s 2015 awards luncheon at Tony’s, celebrating the company’s fantastic year of success and hard work.

Rich Stone received the company’s highest honor when he was presented with the Top Producer award for 2015. This is an extraordinary achievement for Stone, who also received the honor in 2012, 2013 and 2014.

Bernstein presented the Achievement of Excellence award to the company’s five highest-producing agents for the year, in alphabetical order: Maylis Hopewell Curie, Terrell Hillebrand, Trent Johnson, Sondra Rosenthal and Rich Stone.

Mark McNitt was recognized as the Top Sales Agent for Seller Representation. Trent Johnson was named Top Sales Agent for Buyer Representation.

Rich Stone was honored for Top Listing Agent Seller Representation and Highest Dollar Sale. Billy Bishop was named Top Lease Listing Agent.

Lis Harper received the Most Opportunity Time Conversion Award and Top Leasing Agent Award.

Billy Bishop and Lis Harper were also presented with the company’s Rising Star Award.

The recipients of the company’s Shining Star Award were Cathy Craig and Thea McShay. Janice Ratliff was honored for Most Broker to Broker Referrals.

Donna Neely received the Lifetime Appreciation Award, a special award that recognizes over 20 years with the company. Bernstein also recognized Lifetime Achievement Award recipients Estelle Elles, Mark McNitt, Bob Murdock and Janice Ratliff.

Several milestone anniversaries with the company were also celebrated, including 15 years for Mary Piper, Bernstein Realty’s director of relocation and operations; 10 years for sales associates Mindy Tribolet, Morgan Pickens and Trent Johnson; and five years for sales associates Jack Bulger and Tricia David.
